Step 1: 

Download and Open the Firmware Program
Visit the official QRD firmware page and download the firmware program for QRD SPARK N7.
If the download is blocked by firewall or antivirus software, allow the file only if it was downloaded from the official QRD website.
If needed, temporarily pause third-party antivirus protection during download, then enable it again immediately after downloading.
Locate the downloaded firmware file.
Double-click the file to launch the firmware program.

Step 2: 

Connect the Controller in Firmware Update Mode
Make sure the QRD SPARK N7 is completely powered off.
Confirm that no LED lights are illuminated.
Press and hold the Triangle[△] button firmly.
While still holding Triangle[△], connect the controller to the computer using a USB cable.
Keep holding Triangle[△] until the UPDATE button 

appears in the firmware program.
Release the Triangle[△] button only after the UPDATE button appears.
Important: When the controller is successfully recognized by the firmware program, it is normal for the controller to show no LED lights.

Step 3: 

Start the Firmware Update
Confirm that the UPDATE button is visible in the firmware program.
Click UPDATE to start the firmware update.
Wait for the update process to complete.
Do not disconnect the USB cable.
Do not close the firmware program.
Do not power off the computer during the update.
Interrupting the update may cause the controller to remain in firmware update mode or become temporarily unresponsive.

Step 4: 

Confirm the Update Was Successful
The update is complete when the controller restores normal LED and power behavior.
